KERB is a Dubai car-services marketplace run by Andy Thorne. This page says what we do with your information. Contact is WhatsApp +971 56 726 6228 or kerb.ae.
When you post a job we ask for your name, WhatsApp number, area, car (make and model), the job, and when you want it done. Notes you type — a basement, a noise — travel with the job.
When a dealer signs up we ask for a business name, WhatsApp, the kind of work, search areas, an optional trade licence number, a promo line, and a 4-digit PIN.
We do not take card details today. Card pay is a demo until live cards are on.
So dealers can bid on the right job in the right area. So the winning dealer can do the work. So we can unlock WhatsApp after KERB is paid. So a dealer can sign back in on the same phone.
We do not sell your details. We do not run ads off them.
Customer chat on KERB goes to +971 56 726 6228 (Andy). That is a real WhatsApp number. Messages you send there are ordinary WhatsApp messages — they live on WhatsApp’s systems as well as with us.
When a job is paid, we share your WhatsApp with the winning dealer, and theirs with you, so you can talk about the car.
Today, jobs, dealer accounts, and your session live in this browser (localStorage). They stay on your phone or computer until you clear the site data or we add a live server.
The intended live product will keep the same kinds of data — phone, job details, area, car, WhatsApp — on KERB’s systems so you can pick up a job on another device. We will still only use it to run the marketplace.
Dealers who win a job see what they need to do the work: the job, the car, the area, and (after KERB is paid) your name and WhatsApp. Pickup bids sit with that winning job.
Sample listings on the site are examples, not live partners. They are not real people we share your data with.
WhatsApp us on +971 56 726 6228 or write via kerb.ae. Say you want your jobs, dealer account, or chat wiped. We will delete what we hold.
On today’s demo you can also clear this site’s data in your browser. That removes jobs and sessions stored on this device.
KERB is run from Dubai, UAE. UAE law applies. We keep this page honest as the product moves from a browser demo to a live marketplace.
